Keawakapu Beach - Maui, United States
Accessibility 5/5
Keawakapu Beach in South Central Maui is super accessible. There is a nice free parking lot called the “Kilohana Parking Lot” located right across the street from the beach. The beach is right in-between Wailea and Kihei and sits partially on the Mana Kai Maui Resort.
Privacy 3/5
Keawakapu Beach is a popular beach in Maui however, consistent with most of the beaches i’ve been to there, i’ve never found it difficult to have your own space.
Amenities 3/5
There are plenty of rental places north and south of the beach in the towns of Kihei and Wailea. The beach itself, aside from the Mana Kai Maui Resort, doesn’t have any on-site rentals. There is a nice walkway and a convenient beach shower located just off the Kilohana Parking Lot.
Beach Texture 5/5
From a texture standpoint… this beach is a dream. The sand is smooth, the waves are gentle, the walk out into deeper water is gradual and incredibly smooth, the beach and the sand underneath the water is essentially absent of any rocks or coral reefs, making it about as perfect as perfect gets.

Overall ranking? 5/5
My favorite beach on Maui and up to this point, one of my favorite beaches in the world
